How many personal training sessions per week should I do?

I am based in Bath city centre, serving mostly BA1 and BA2 postcodes. My gym is located at The Basement, 5-10 James St W, Bath BA1 2BX — close to Bath Spa station. I also offer online coaching to clients anywhere in the UK.
