My story

Helping people improve their fitness, strength, and overall health is something I’ve dedicated a large part of my life to. I first started training myself at 13 years old, driven by a passion for sport and the desire to continually improve both physically and mentally.

From those early days in the gym, training quickly became more than just a hobby. It developed into a lifelong pursuit of performance, discipline, and understanding how the body can adapt and improve with the right approach.

Throughout my career in the fitness industry, I’ve worked with hundreds of people on their own fitness journeys. Some have come to improve their health and longevity, others to build strength, lose body fat, or push their performance to the next level in their sport. Being able to guide people through those changes is what makes Bath personal training so rewarding for me.

Alongside coaching others, I’ve continued to pursue my own sport at a competitive international level, which has allowed me to travel the world and experience training and competition at the highest standards.
