What do I get with personal training?

You receive personalised instruction on exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy behaviours. I help you build practical routines tailored to your lifestyle, with continuous guidance and accountability from a Bath-based GB athlete with nearly a decade of coaching experience.

Do you offer online training and how can it help?

Yes. Online training brings fitness right to you with custom workouts, nutrition tips, and accountability — without needing to travel to a gym. Whether you are travelling, super busy, or prefer training from home, online coaching helps you stay on track and reach your goals.

Is personal training expensive?

Personal training is an investment in your health and well-being. It gives you the tools, support, and encouragement to reach your goals and feel your best. I like to get to know your goals first before discussing the best package for you — book a free consultation to get started.

How many personal training sessions per week should I do?

It depends on where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, there is a suitable level of support for you. The best option is to book a free consultation so we can discuss your goals and find the right frequency for you.

I am based in Bath city centre, serving mostly BA1 and BA2 postcodes. My gym is located at The Basement, 5-10 James St W, Bath BA1 2BX — close to Bath Spa station. I also offer online coaching to clients anywhere in the UK.

Do I need to be fit before starting personal training?

No. You do not need to be at any particular fitness level to start personal training. Whether you are completely new to the gym or returning after a break, personal training is designed to meet you where you are. I will guide you every step of the way toward your goals, whether that is building muscle, losing fat, or gaining confidence.
