How many personal training sessions per week should I do?

Personal training support can depend on where you are in your journey. Especially near Bath Spa station you don’t have to worry about wasting too much time getting to your session. Most people are either a beginner , intermediate or advanced in the gym and each of these have a choice of support. The best option is to book a free consultation and we can talking about your goals.

Where are you based?

I'm based in Bath city centre UK serving mostly BA1 and BA2 , offering both in-person private sessions and online coaching. I believe everyone should have access to quality training, no matter where they are. My focus is on building a structure that fits your lifestyle and helps you progress confidently toward your goals.

Do I need to be fit before starting personal training?

No you don’t. When it comes to 1-2-1 personal training you don’t have to be of a set fitness standard or worry about your ability. Personal training helps you get to where you want to be and I am there every step of the way with your needs. Whether this is building muscle, losing fat or gaining confidence back no matter the goal in mind it can be achieved quicker than you think. Even if you are completely new to the gym there is a place for everyone in personal training.
